The air purifier cooling fan is mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (and oil tank), and oil drip nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically by the biased rotor in the cylinder, and makes the volume change between the blades in the rotor slot to suck in, compress and spit out the air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send the lubrication to the oil drip nozzle, and drip into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, and at the same time, it can keep the gas in the cylinder from flowing back. This type of blower is also called a sliding vane blower.
Air purifier cooling fan history
Fans, blow pipes and skin bags, the earliest instruments used for forced air blowing are fans and blow pipes. Ancient Egyptian goldsmiths used blow pipes with pottery nozzles, and the Incas sometimes used 8 to 12 copper pipes to blow at the same time. Later, a blasting skin made of animal skins was invented, with air ducts and air inlets manually controlled by the operator at both ends of the bag. This rudimentary blower is still used in some areas in modern times. The image of a pot-shaped foot blower has been painted in the frescoes of the tomb of Rekhmir (circa 1450 BC) in the 18th Dynasty of Egypt. When entering the air, the operator uses the rope to pull up the skin bag, then step on it, and blow the air into the furnace. Each furnace is equipped with four blowers, and two people operate oppositely.
